Paying for your tickets
You can book your tickets online by clicking the Buy Tickets button, next to the show you want to see, on the What's On page. Our online booking is processed securely by HSBC & Smart TPS.
Alternatively you can pay for your tickets in the following ways:
- In cash at the Box Office.
- By credit/debit card in person or by phone on 0151 666 0000.
- By cheque in person or by post, payable to Wirral Council. If by post, send to:

Please enclose a SAE for prompt dispatch of tickets. Or alternitively we will send you your tickets to you for a small charge of 50p or they can be left for collection on the door.
The new centralised Box Office is now situated at the Floral Pavilion Theatre in New Brighton on Marine Promenade opposite Fort Perch Rock.
The Box Office counter and phonelines at the Floral Pavilion are open between the hours of 11:00am and 6:00pm, Monday until Saturday. Online booking is available 24hrs a day.
The entrance to the Pacific Road venue (during performances) is half way down Pacific Road before you get to the Royal Mail part of the building.
Concessions
Concessions are available to elderly persons, under 16’s, full time students, unwaged and Wirral Passport holders. Please bring proof of entitlement with you when purchasing tickets.
Access
We have full disabled access. However, please do tell box office when booking your tickets if you require one of our wheelchair spaces. Please note we do not currently have a loop/infra red hearing system.

Entry is generally through the side door on Pacific Road.
This entrance is located just past the car park, our sign is on the door and there is a video entry system.
