What time is the Box Office open?
The Box Office is open between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm, Tuesday until Friday. Online booking is available 24hrs a day.

Where is the Box Office and where is the venue entrance?
The Box Office is situated at the top of the building, on the corner of Pacific Road and Shore Road; the entrance to the Box Office is through the staff car park. The entrance to the Pacific Road venue (during performances) is half way down Pacific Road before you get to the Royal Mail part of the building.

Is there any car parking available?
There is very limited parking available on Pacific Road at the side of the building, however if this is full we have the use of the Cheshire Lines car park in the evening, which is situated on Shore Road.

Will my tickets be posted to me?
All tickets booked online will be posted out unless either you specifically ask otherwise, or you book within 3 working days of the concert.

Do you have facilities for disabled customers?
We have full wheelchair access for the venue, when booking your tickets please mention to the Box Office of any special needs you have and we'll make sure everything is in place for you on the evening.

Unfortunately we don't have a loop system installed at the present time.

Do you have a bar at the venue and when is it open?
We do have a full bar at the venue. It's open for the duration of the concert or show when we have a Standing concert or a Cabaret set-up, and open for the hour before the show starts and during the interval when we have the Raked seating in place. Drinks are not allowed onto the Raked seating.

Can we smoke in the venue?
As of January 1 st 2005 Pacific Road is a completely smoke-free venue.
